Yes, I have a modem driver that works fine on 2.6.15 dapper, but won't
work on 2.6.17 edgy, since some changes have been made to the serial
interface (i.e. tty_flip).  So, you can upgrade if you want, but I
prefer dapper to stay with 2.6.15.  I expect backports will keep us up
to date on kde, firefox, et.al., which will be great too.  Maybe I'll
run it a long time.
