- The proxy (may be transparently redirected by your ISP) or the distant
server does not report dates or cache ability accurately, or do cache
non cacheable content, ignoring HTTP headers.
Check if you connect via a proxy.
Check HTTP replies from the remote host (LiveHTTP Headers Firefox Addon
will help investigate this).
- The clock date/time on your system is inaccurate and Expire can't
match real time.
Set accurate date/time with an ntp server. Install ntp and point it to
pool.ntp.org or any other ntp server that suit your needs.
