Insatallation hangs on Manual Partition Screen

I had the same problems. I found that the only way I could do a clean
install was to let the disc auto partition. It always hung when i tried
to manually do it, or would finally work then crash after the
partitioning.

Thats the only solution I have sorry. Have you checked the cd for
defects? In the main menu before you boot into it?
