Setting up Apache with suexec module

Here's what I've got.

   1. Ubuntu Dapper ( LAMP install )
   2. Postfix
   3. Dspam
   4. suexec module is installed

Here's my problem.

   1. How do I create a virtual server that runs as the dspam user.
         1. The directions for Dspam tell you that you need the suexec
            module. 

I tried creating another virtual config file but apache didn't like the 
user and gid in the file. Dspam comes with a config file for another 
virtual server in apache. Which is the one that gave me the problems 
with user and gid.
