Surely I was looking for some GPL name somewhere, and that was a
mistake, but still this kernel story annoys me, and other people too.

Thanks to this confirmation : I'm not here to criticise for nothing. 
Now could someone tell me how to make this thread be read by the
developpers in charge for the subject ? There are probably better
solutions to be found.
