french language

Whats the difference between utf-8 and utf-8 at euro? i noticed countries
outside the EU dont have that choice. I'm not sure but i think my
previous language was US (american)

I think it was installed by the language support application but im not
sure. on my home computer it worked flawless.

Now i have to problems.. dictionary is set to french (in gaim or
evolution) and my UIM applet to write in japanese doesnt work.
