Actually, I'd say the opposite.  Though you can't change the settings
from within the browser, unlike AdBlock, you don't have to.  It just works.

If you say so.  The only times I've had to go in and make changes myself
were to unblock a couple of sites, since I have it scrubbing cookies and
killing annoying animated gifs and whatnot.

Yes, it will edit the web page.  What process it uses, I really haven't
looked into.  It just works, so I don't have to bother with the
whack-a-mole process AdBlock requires.
