How I can create a repository to a local network

How I can setup a Squid proxy? I've got only one computer connected directly
to the Internet, since the other's are only to my family use. The computer
that's got access to the Internet is a laptop AMILO M1420 from
Fujitsu-Siemens. My network connection is a 3G Connection from Vodafone
Portugal. The laptop is connect by wireless and cable to the network.
