turning off IPv6

I am in South Korea and everything here uses IPv4. While its possible
that companies such at KT Telecom use IPv6 internally, they certainly
don't supply it to the customer. 


The bottom line for me is that I have software that doesn't work with
IPv6.  Therefore I don't want it enabled.  I also agree that IPv6
shouldn't be enabled by default.  Perhaps the module should be present,
and those that wish to use IPv6 could enable it.  But the fact of the
matter is (I have no clue where you live, but I AM in Asia) there isn't
alot of support of IPv6 at the moment.
