Well, yes, that might be bad, as it might to be too careless with
sudo.

Okay, but that's not what the OP wrote. He wrote: "how come dapper does
not allow me to do this" and then showed a command. It's *NOT* that
dapper doesn't allow OP to do "this". Every other distribution would
OP also not allow to do "this". But OP pointed at Dapper. And I would
like to know *why*.
