USB mouse not working upon bootup

UPATE

Ok, this might not help much but my mouse all of a sudden started
working.....

Things I was working on

Installed gnome-bluetooth-manager and played with that for a bit. It
had trouble finding the mouse but after pressing the hub connect button
and mouse connect button at various times it finally found it. It was
shortly after this that I noticed the mouse move when I bumped it.

As a test I have removed gnome-bluetooth-manager (complete) and
returned the bluez-utils file back to default except for one change -
HIDD_ENABLE=1 (changed from 0). If I set this back to 0 I loose the
mouse on rebooting the computer.

That is now the only change I have done, as it took some time to get
gnome-bluetooth-manager to find the mouse (as well as having no luck
scanning it other ways as found in various posts) this may be simply a
pairing problem after 6.06 is installed???

Hope this helps anyone else with the problem.....

Cheers
