How did you do all your checks? Please describe in more detail. Without
you giving those details, it'll be hard to judge. Most important - how
many packages were sent out? If only 50 packets were sent, 2% means that
just 1 packet was lost.
But at any rate - packet loss over 5% seems to be *way* unnormal. I hardly
get any loss at all.
What about wine? Did it work? Were you able to run that Windows
program with Wine?
