I had to install both of them. MTR is great- it appears that my router
is losing about 2% packets, the infrastructure is losing about 8%
packets, and the ISP is losing about 14%. What values are considered
good/ bad? All the hops along the way are losing between 2%-6%. Is
this normal? Also, should my router be losing 2% of the packets?

Thanks. I really, really appreciate the help.
