OK, as long as you recognize that "should" has nothing to do with
whether the GPL "does" require that (as interpreted by ...).  At least
note that it requires it for no more than 3 years, in some cases.
How's that effect the guy who gets his binary-only CD out of the
back of an old book from a half-price book store.
