change beginning of week to Sunday

My install has Evolution as the calendar when clicking the clock. The
tool tip shows "Click to view appointments" and clicking a date shows
the planner inside Evolution. The starting day is easy to change in the
preferences. I imagine it defaults to Monday, since businesses normally
regard this as the beginning of the work week and the planner would be
used for that purpose.
