[Dapper] package list problems?

Hi,

This issue started yesterday, I was hoping it'd be gone today but it's not...

I ran apt-get update and things looked "ok."

When I attempted apt-get upgrade however, I got a whole bunch of 404's.

Here's one (of about 20):
Failed to fetch
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/h/hal/hal_0.5.6-1ubuntu1_amd64.deb
 404 Not Found

I looked and that package is 'hal_0.5.6-0ubuntu4_amd64.deb' on the
server.  I'm assuming '1ubuntu1' is newer than '0ubuntu4' (those crazy
versions).

So are my lists screwed up, or is this mirror severely delayed?

Anybody else?
