Nope, doesn't do it for me. Check out the thread "Ubuntu/Kubuntu on
Mac G5." It's irritating, but as I say, I hope to be back. Nothing
particularly bad about Ubuntu's development in PPC64 at all. Everyone
seems to be scrambling and making patches. Every distro I have tired
on my machine is beta ware at best. YDL is less so at this time and
place, but I am sure that Ubuntu will get things sorted before too
long :-)
