Yes, I know. I hate these messages as well. Newbies that don't know  
how to unsubscribe from the list. Very irritating. In my case  
however, I have tried both unsubscribing through the web site and by  
issuing commands to the list server. Something must be munged up as  
nothing works.

I just want to leave for a while. I will probably be back as Ubuntu  
is my favorite distro. I happen to be a pragmatist at the same time  
however, and as YDL is the only distro that comes anywhere to working  
on my system, I will go with that for now. I hope to come back to  
Ubuntu when Dapper gets sorted out for 64-bit G5 systems like mine.
