Why is xorg ignoring the frequencies I give it?

The problem you reported earlier is not a problem. Your horizontal
Synchronization and Vertical Synchronization are not your refresh rate.
Your refresh rate is calculated using them. There is no problem. As for
the problem with X not starting. This means you have entered them
incorrectly. Time to start googling. You should read the help messages
people send, because I have already answered this question, as have
several others. repeat: IT IS NOT A BUG!
