Hi Duncan!
I am not sure what you mean when you tell the symptom. I think we need more
of a "blow by blow".
I have noted that some machines get to the place where the screen reads
"locating CD" or something like that. If it hung there, changing the CD
drive to another more Linux friendly modle cured the problem for me when I
was mine to deal with.
