Nautilus Thumbnail/Preview refresh?

Hi,

Just a quickie:

How can I force nautilus to refresh the thumbnails in an image directory?

By refresh I mean regenerate ;)

I was browsing my images and I noticed some older ones weren't
thumbnailed properly (they are under the maximum filesize, so they
should be done...)  I'd like to get it to at least attempt to
thumbnail them again.
