Problem - Ubuntu Local Group

Hi,
I am not sure whether this list is the correct forum to voice my
complaints, but i have no other option.
I am a long time Ubuntu user from India.
TeamIndia(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IndianTeam) has been existing in
Ubuntu Loco for a long time now.
The maintainer, Narasimha
Swamy(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ChNarasimhaSwamy) seems in no mood to fix
anything. I have repeatedly emailed him, but to no avail. 

I am an RHCE and long time GNOME developer. I want me or someone else
who's interested to run the team. 
Ubuntu has a lot of users in India, but TeamIndia is going nowhere.

What should be done?
