Opera slow down

I use(d) the following sources.list entry to install and keep opera updated.

Lately after Opera has been run and used for a bit, it slows down a
lot.  For example, scrolling through a bunch of posts on slashdot is,
well, I wouldn't call it glacial, but it is certainly blocky.  If I
kill the Opera session and start a new one and go directly back to the
"slow" page, scrolling is snappy.  I thought I'd toss this out here
before looking for an Opera group.
