Keeping Windows partition available to all users

the "/dev/hda2" hda2 is to be changed to your hard drive  

"/media/vfat" Vfat changed to the directory you moutned two



this part gives me good permitions except for some funky windows read
only things and also showed the drive in menu filemanager computer
areas

rw,users,gid=users,umask=000,       0       0
