backuppc questions.

I've installed it.  It showed no errors.  But it doesn't do anything.  I've
done the /etc/inet.d/backuppc start (or restart) command and it says
everything is working.  And it doesn't do anything.  The docs say to look at
port 8080, but nmap says port 8080 isn't in use.  The docs are otherwise
completely worthless.  (This is a frequent problem in UNIX-like systems.)

How do I get to this thing?
