Is Ubuntu giving up on the PPC platform?

/proc/cpuinfo returned:

"sudo: /proc/cpuinfo: command not found"

sudo modprobe windfarm_pm91 returned:

"$ sudo modprobe windfarm_pm91
FATAL: Module windfarm_pm91 not found."
