w32codecs respositories

I asked a member of the PLF on irc about a good replacement for the
excellent PLF Ubuntu repository (RIP and may you be resurrected) and he
recommended Medibuntu, which contains (AFAICS) all the packages that PLF
did.

Medibuntu can be got by following the instructions at
http://medibuntu.sos-sts.com/www/repository-old.html
