w32codecs respositories

They are in Ubuntu repositories that are maintained by Dennis
Kaarsemaker. One mirror is http://mirror2.ubuntulinux.nl/, but there may
be a closer mirror in the list at that URL.

For edgy, apt-proxy shows (on a machine that has w32codecs installed)
tim at marvin:~$ apt-cache policy w32codecs
w32codecs:
  Installed: 1:20060611-0.0
  Candidate: 1:20060611-0.0
  Version table:
 *** 1:20060611-0.0 0
        500 http://mirror2.ubuntulinux.nl/ edgy-seveas/extras Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status



I recommend that people look at this repository before considering
automatix or other repositories.
