question about VI [SOLVED]

Thanks. Searching on the vim list did bring up something that google 
didn't. (well, actually, that doesn't make sense. I think I just was 
more patient the second time around, and chedked the results all the way 
back to March 2003).

What I wanted can be achieved by set cinkeys-=0# when using cindent.
