HP Printer on Edgy

I also have the queue problem of Chris with my usb hp printer (psc 1110). I
have also had this problem (that's what I meant with recognize after reboot,
my bad...). Of course the printer is still in the database after the reboot,
but the system acts like it isn't there. Also the cups auto detection fails
after this.

I searched a bit further and lsusb doesn't give the right values. On edgy:
Bus 006 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

But it should give (on my working dapper, I dual boot them):
Bus 005 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 006 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 004 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 03f0:3011 Hewlett-Packard
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 044f:b304 ThrustMaster, Inc. Firestorm Dual Power
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000

So how can this be? Anyone any suggestions? Seems to me that this should be
a general usb problem since it doesn't even recognize my crappy Thrustmaster
or my iPod when I plug it in.
