VMware workstation 5.5 won't install on Edgy

I won't say that vmware server is better (even though I prefer it). 
Vmware server is meant for server but can run on Desktop. Nevertheless 
it needs great performance from the Host computer.

Using VMware Workstation can be considered as a mix of vmware player ( 
light version of Workstation ) and vmware server ( heavy version of 
Workstation).

The point is Workstation isn't free . So if you mind spending money for 
it, you can use Player or Server.

I would recommend Server if you use many VM simultaneously and Player if 
you just want to use a VM from time to time.
