Hi Devraj,

The Ubuntu Packaging Guide is available via System -> Help -> System
Documentation on a desktop Ubuntu installation or online here:

Regarding setting up your own repository, Falcon is definitely worth a
look.  Ubuntu packages for it are available via:
  http://mirror2.ubuntulinux.nl/
(which is itself a Falcon generated repository :-) )
