I think he does. Unfortunately, the links below are in Russian but they 
give I think more insight into what this man is on about - according to 
Czarkoff, Linux (should we read Linus?) committed a mortal sin by 
departing from UNIX way. The UNIX way according to Czarkoff of course. 
BTW, Linux users are described as a bunch of fanatics, apparently unable 
to see anything beyond their chosen distro.
