I'm running Edgy Xubuntu on my 8-9 year old PII laptop. It's got a
450mhz processor with 256mb of PC100 ram. It runs well enough to have
a VMWare WinME virtual. I think that your 1.3ghz Celeron should
certainly run Xubuntu XFCE desktop satisfactorily. Having never used
Orca I can't comment on it.
