Hi

Hard drive in my laptop has died recently so I have bought a new one.
And because of Moore law I have twice the space on the new drive. So I
decided to install Linux and and the choice was the latest stable
Ubuntu.

Right now ddrescue is copying data from my old drive to the new one
and I am having fun with Dapper Drake. Almost. I tried to make apt-get
update but I got following :

michal at michal-laptop:/usr/share/applications$ sudo apt-get update

Reading package lists... Done
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.

But I could open most of mentioned files in Firefox. Ping also works.
What could be wrong?
