kacpid issues

Hi:

I've also got this same problem on an HP NC6600, but I've only noticed
it when I turn on the computer from hibernate. Cpu goes to 100%, and
the computer heats up, but the fans don't turn on. I feel like the
computer is heating and kacpid is trying to start the fans, but they're
not responding so it just keeps trying, and ends up eating all the cpu,
is this possible? Is it possible that this is an issue with how things
are started after a hibernate?



Also I've googled around and found lots of other people with this
problem, with no definate solution.
