Messages to mailing list bounced

I think this is a serious bug in mailing list system. Bounces should go
to /dev/null of mailing list server who distributes the messages.
Because in a very large mailing list, there is always a chance that
someone reaches exceedes his mailbox size. If everyone sending a posting
to the mailing list would receive a bounce it would be a mess.

Strange thing is, I received bounced message that was not sent by me. I
guess there is some setting problem on the mailing list server of
ubuntu-users.

Maybe someone responsible can look into this.
