Hi, I'm trying to set up Ubuntu server on HP Proliant ML350 G3 hardware with
HighPoint 1520 raid card.
Module hpt372n crashes on cd startup.
As I see it, the only way to install Ubuntu is to remaster the cd - remove
htp372n/hpt366 modules and add working hpt37x2 module instead.
Thats a lot of work. Are there other options?
Is there a way to disable those drivers at boot prompt and use some driver
disk?
Also xorg's ati driver does not work on this hardware (ATI ES1000 chip).
If I would hunt this bug, where is best place to ask for help?
