Best way to manage Id3 tags?

I use EasyTag under the principle that it was the first utility I
stumbled over that was Good Enough. There may be better, but I stop
searches when I find something that is Good Enough. Mostly I picked it
because it had some pretty good tag-from-filename capabilities and mass
renaming capabilities.
