What are the command line instructions to upgrade UbuntuDesktop and Server to 6.0.1?

I will always recomend (if not running from script):

apt-get update
apt-get -u dist-upgrade

so that user can see what packages will be added/removed/upgraded and
decide if it's OK for his system.
