What are the command line instructions to upgrade UbuntuDesktop and Server to 6.0.1?

It sounds like you'vemisunderstood. 6.06.1 is NOT A NEW VERSION OF
UBUNTU (yelling because lots of people are making this mistake).

If you keep your system up-to-date then you ARE ALREADY RUNNING 6.06.1.

6.06.1 is just a new IS0/CD which includes the updates up to some recent
date.
