I forgot to mention i am using Dapper Ubuntu Gnome not Dapper Kubuntu 
KDE, Dapper Kubuntu KDE already does what i want and mentioned above, i 
am a KDE boy converting to Gnome :-) , it's a bit irritating for me when 
totem for example opens on top of nautilus instead below in an open space.
