spamassassin results in mail headers

Oddly enough, just as you were posting this, I was noticing that mail
was being scanned twice.  My new theory is that amavis is adding the
headers on the first run, then removing them on the second (which
shouldn't happen).



This is a fairly definite indicator that my config is b0rked.  :D
