Is your mail name setup corrrectly? I have a vague memory of amavis not
putting in the headers if the domain is incorrect. In my case I receive
email for 2 domains so I've got the folloing in 50-user.
@local_domains_acl = ( ".$mydomain", "seconddomain.org" );
Normally you just need .$mydomain. But if your domain isn't set
correctly it may not work. Check /etc/mailname. It should contain your
domain name eg example.com
