installation problem???

Hi fr's
I trying to inststall ubuntu. I reboots the system after inserting CD ,we
generally got the main menu.I m also getting after this when i press ENTER
for ubuntu installation my SYSTEM is going to restar that's the problem i
have?????
I have already send u my system information............
