Backing up LVs

Hey I've taken a look at partimage. Ran the gui by involing sudo
partimage. It kind of sees my discs. hda1 is windows (NTFS) and it says
that it's unsupported. hda2 is /boot and is ext2, and it also says that
is unsupported. /hda3 is a pe of 54gb, now this have many things listed
under it, about 10 sections each being 5gb and all labelled as being
reiser3.6 and type dd.... is this right? I only created three logical
volumes and none were 5gb in size.
