Latest (Gnome?) Dapper Update broke Scroll Bars in Eclipse?

Yep, same here. Hadn't noticed that before I read you post, though.

If I had to put my bet on something it would be the update of GTK+ from 2.8.18 
to 2.8.20. But that's only a guess.
