Latest (Gnome?) Dapper Update broke Scroll Bars in Eclipse?

Hello there,

it looks like as if the latest updates to Dapper broke something with 
the scroll bars. In several popup windows of Eclipse 3.2, I cannot grab 
the scroll bars with the mouse. Using the scroll wheel on the mouse works.

One of the popups affected is Ctrl-Space content assist, if the assist 
is larger than the popup.

Can anyone tell what's wrong?
