Using Ubuntu absolves the user of personal responsibility?

You know, I gave detailed instructions on how to do this (although yours
are better -- thanks for the tip!) long before Gabriel posted -- yet he
felt the need to continue the thread he purports to so despise.  I'm
beginning to smell a hint of hypocrisy from that direction now.
