.aa files?

OK, so GOLDWAVE works to convert .aa files to mpg files, you say.  Now,
how do you do this.  The goldwave forum doesn't allow any discussion of
.aa files so there must be another discussion on this or you might fill
us in.  Audible can be quite a "pain" on linux and WINE is difficult to
get working on the Audible.com system.  If goldwave is a go, tell us how
and I'll buy the software.
